McDavid Extends Point Streak, Pickard Records Shutout

Oilers Earn Fourth Win in a Row

Connor McDavid continued his impressive form on Sunday, recording a goal and two assists as the Edmonton Oilers defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 6-1 at Rogers Place. The Oilers have now won four games in a row and are 38-21-3 on the season.

McDavid's goal came in the second period, giving the Oilers a 2-0 lead. He also assisted on goals by Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Evander Kane. The Oilers' other goals were scored by Leon Draisaitl, Darnell Nurse, and Mattias Ekholm.

Goaltender Calvin Pickard was perfect in net for the Oilers, stopping all 41 shots he faced. It was Pickard's first shutout of the season.

The Penguins, who are now 28-26-8, got their only goal from Sidney Crosby in the third period. Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry made 35 saves in the loss.
